At What Naturals Love, we strive to deliver amazing products and guarantee 100% customer satisfaction. We provide a 7-day return on all fashion items unless they are Made to Order.

Return process

  • Please contact us on our website and specify the item(s) you wish to return and the reason.
  • After receiving the return instructions from us, please use the original packaging to pack the item(s) to be returned.
  • Hand in your package at the local post office.
  • Most returns are processed within 7 business days after we receive your package. Once your refund has been issued, you will receive a confirmation email.

 Return Policy

  • You have 7 days to decide if an item is right for you. If you want to return or exchange the item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
  • Returned items must be in their unused condition with the original packaging. We do not accept returned items that have been worn, damaged, washed, or altered in any way.
  • We will not accept any returns sent back without a proper return application.
  • We do not provide Freight To Collect service for the packages returned to us. The return is at your own expense.
  • Please make sure you double-check your returns before mailing them out.

Parcel damaged on arrival Resend a new
Incorrect shipping information  Please check your shipping information when you place orders and let us know if you want to change the shipping information.

Note: Please do not send your return to the address on your package. This is not our return address and will affect the processing of your return.

If the return is caused by the consumer, consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.

If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, and the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.

REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

SALE ITEMS 

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded. 

EXCHANGES 

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please send us an email first.

GIFTS

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you€™ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn't marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

SHIPPING

To return your product, you will be responsible for paying for the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don't guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
